Barnhart CARES

Barnhart believes in developing & empowering employees for meaningful work, personal growth, & eternal impact.

The Barnhart CARES Program was created out of a desire to reach beyond ourselves & our profits to care for our neighbors.

Whether they are working next to us or in a community nearby, Barnhart strives to meet community needs. Before we reach into our communities, we want to first ensure our employees are properly supported. To do this, we offer free resources, both online and in-person, to all employees, including some resources available to members of their families. These resources support and guide our team members as they pursue emotionally, financially, and spiritually healthy lives.

A CARES Team is a group of individuals within each Barnhart Branch that serves to:

Strengthen and encourage community within their branch

Intentionally examine where there may be needs within their branch.

Promote awareness and involvement in the CARES benefits available to their team.

Strong community is essential to caring for needs.

A mature CARES Team can use the lived experiences of their branch community & identify specific needs within. They will be able to respond & prescribe the specific benefit to meet the need of their community.
